How far in advance should we hire a wedding planner?

The sooner you hire us, the earlier we can assist with budget management, vendor sourcing, and begin providing all the wedding planning tips n’ tricks. However, the earliest we begin booking is 14 months out from your wedding date. Each Service has their own planning process schedule. If you’re wanting the full service experience we suggest bringing us on 12+ months out. If you’re considering partial planning we suggest a minimum of 90 days out. For wedding day management we suggest a minimum of 60 days out. These are our suggested time frames – no matter where you’re at in the planning process, we will personally talk you through all of the options to find the best fit.

Venues handle venue responsibilities and we have wonderful working relationships with many of them. However, we go beyond the venue logistics by managing all of your vendors, tracking the timeline for the entire day, personally taking care of your needs, and assisting with the items you are providing for the wedding day. We also run the ceremony, have an emergency kit full of all the must haves, and problem solve behind the scenes so that you don’t have to stress. Having both a wedding planner and a venue coordinator ensures that all of your bases are covered and you, or your family or friends won’t have to worry about handling anything.

We don’t offer decorating as a standalone service, but we do include setup and teardown depending on which package you select and the level of involvement that we have in planning your wedding. Additionally, we do have a rental inventory available that you can book without our wedding planning services.
